Cola is on the right track. When you use text grammar, you sound young, lazy, and uneducated. It’s not difficult to use proper grammar, and unless you are indeed texting, typing that way is inappropriate.
Show that you know how to type correctly by typing correctly. Show that you do not know how to type correctly by continuing to use text grammar. It’s that simple.
Since you also mentioned “this is how i talk” you might want to also work on your spoken grammar as well, unless uneducated and lazy are personality traits you are comfortable being labeled with.

Because I am not a native speaker of English, so when i come to read what you wrote then i will learn something wrong.. bad grammar <- (see you wrote it "grammer"!) . so yeah English language is much better with correct grammar! 🙂
