Grammar Question?
Ok…say you’re having a disagreement with someone about something and the conversation is something like…
“You’re a liar!”
“am not!”
then is it…
“are too!” or “are to!” ? The “to” or “too” is my question..
Thanks in advance.

Are too would be correct response as the too implies also.

Frankly, using “too” would not be an appropriate response. As “too” means: also, besides, in addition, etc, so essentially you would be calling yourself a liar too (also). “too” can also mean: very, extremely, overly, and that wouldn’t make much sense. “you are very…..(very what?)
The response of “are” being a verb, would suffice in a rebuttal.

Too, is the correct way of writing it.

That would be to, because too means also and the gist of your arguement is that the 1st person is not saying that the second person is also a liar. so that would be to.

“are too” too is used like an adverb to amplify the verb, in this case “are.”
