I think this might sound better – “I’m very grateful for your attention.” or “Thank you for your attention!”

“I am very thankful for your attention.” It’s grammatically correct, but is a very stilted sentence. I’d suggest something like “I appreciate (or very much appreciate) your attention to this matter (as it is very important to me or whatever).”

I think we could have helped more if you had given us an idea of what you are thanking the person for (for his attention to you or to something?).
