I was told it means excrement, but I’m no expert in Greek. I do know when I was there, all the drivers were calling other drivers this word, so it could definitely mean what the others here are saying. I’ve found in travels that one slang word can have several meanings, all of them correct.

it is a bad word.the real meaning is the one who is having sex on his own(i hope that you understand).but if you say it to someone in the everyday life it might mean someone who did something really foolish(if someone tells it to his friend)or sometimes it replaces the names(that’s not very nice when it happens).

if a stranger tells it to someone else(like two drivers while having a fight)it means ******* asshole.
