One is correct. Anytime you speak directly to someone, there’s a comma before and/or after their name or the noun that represents them. “Man, would you please go away?” “Bill, I really appreciate that.”

Reminds me of a question a few days ago about saying thanks to someone named Bill: “thank you, Bill.” Most of the responders agreed with the questioner that it should be “thank you Bill.” That’s incorrect, and frankly, looks funny.

I see nothing wrong with having it as one sentence. I wouldn’t split it up unless you intend to convey that there’s a significant pause between “man” and the second “do it.”
