So the poor guy wanders off (we were at a bar during happy hour) So then I decide to go to one of these therapist meetings, to see if I could improve my relationship with Beatrice.

1 hour later

“All you need is love? All I need is a happy meal from McDonalds,” states Muriel relaying a time when Bill and her were in a particularly nasty fight about dinner where the topic of their marriage came up.

“There’s nothing worse than being your husband!” yells Bill angrily.

Muriel rebuts with, “well, I guess you didn’t see Deliverance, my friend.”

And they split up to persue their dreams of single life.

A few weeks later they reconvene and Muriel is heard stating: “I am single and loving my freedom…….Do dah. Do dah.”

Bill looks at her oddly, because of this singing and unneccessary outburst.
