You should be able to look at any sentence with em dashes, skip whatever’s in the dashes, and know exactly what the sentence is saying. So, in your case, the dashes are incorrect. “Those mechanisms” refers back to what’s in the dashes. If the dash content were removed “those mechanisms” would refer to nothing. “Intricate innovations within the backbones of our devices and technological concepts have furnished effortless utilization of those mechanisms for the end users.” This would be correct. Although, “those mechanisms” is still rather imprecise.
