They brought music to play on their trip

They strummed on the lute, played guitar and the flute,

And they changed into gondolier suits.

They finally got back to their planet

Had to turn the ship sideways to land it,

They got out their boats and hoped they would float

Then they went in search of a big moat.

They sailed on the Martian canals,

With their ladies and some of their pals,

Steering Martian gondolas with long Martian pole-as

They sang and sipped on Coca-Colas.

And when they were all good and ready

They docked and ate Martian spaghetti

With a nice chilled blue wine and green cheese that was fine,

Then they danced and threw Martian confetti.

The Earth trip had been a success

They went back to their homes to take rest

They slept on their heads in strange Martian beds

And our story is now at an end!

To the moons Deimos and Phobos

I think they hid in the snow.
