Anyone can tell me what is this mean about radio active wastes uranium mine &non- mutant baby?

The group I belong too someone do not really write a good proper english grammar. One member said that she needed to take an english refresher couse. Then someone said about this “radiocative wastes are more radiocative than the ore that comes out of a uranium mine. So she may be more likely to have a non-mutant baby.” Please explain it to me what is this mean..My friend asked the meaning of it and I do not know either. So here I am asking posting and asking what is meant by this sentence about radioactive wastes and uranium mine because I did not get it just reading it without explanation in simple english. thanks

I speak English and I don’t get it either. But maybe thats because I’m missing the context.

Radioactive waste generally contains refined, concentrated uranum, and other things like plutonium which aren’t found in nature at all. It would be much more radioactive than anything you’d find in nature.

High levels of radiation can cause genetic damage, and if you’re exposed to it, I suppose it would give you a higher chance of having a ‘mutant baby’.

Sorry, but it doesn’t make sense to me either.

The ore from uranium mines is not pure ,it contains many impurities.so this ore does not emit much radiation….whereas the radioactive waste emits much more radiation because it is processed from uranium ore and do not have impurities…..it all boils down to this how much radio active material is ther in a given quantity of material….radioactive waste has more of it than uranium ore…….
