Will my high school GPA affect my chances of getting into medical school?
Do med school admissions look into your high school records or are they only concerned with baccalaureate education and MCAT scores?

Med schools won’t look at your high school grades. They will look at your college grades, and your MCAT scores. They don’t care what you did re: grades in high school, or on the SAT exam.
The only way that your high school grades affect your med school admit is in that your high school grades certainly help determine which *undergraduate* university you attend. In general, you want to get into the best university that you can, with the strongest rep possible, and do quite well there.
