What an awkwardly worded question. I’m not sure what “mistakes” would lead to equal employment complaints, but it is the job of the supervisor, representing the company, to ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable laws, including those related to equal employment. What’s your question?

Of the many objectives a supervisor has, fair and equitable treatment of all employees is enforced by federal and state laws. A mistake could prove to be costly to a business if one of the people on the management team are proven to have violated the EEOC’s policies. Bottom line, LAWSUITS!
