Whichever one you like the best. Or you could double or triple major [study all three subjects at the same time].

You are asking an interesting question…

I am assuming by profit you mean the salary / income – that is by doing the work in the given field.

the number of factors will contribute towards that…

– Where do you live (what part of world)?

– What are you passionate about?

– What other soft skill do you have in addition to technical skill (the college will mostly provide you the technical knowledge in the selected field)?

– The market conditions?

– The economic and political conditions?

The software jobs are moving out of US to India and china. Manufacturing is mainly moved to China, lot of shift is happening with globalization.

Mostly, technical skills will get you an entry into the job market and may pave a path for the average income. If you really want to do something big and make big money… you need to be good in soft skills too.

1. electronic engineering!

– that’s always going to be there… and will provide a stable income

2. Computer Engineering!

– this i believe will continue to grow… and you have an opportunity to start you business with relatively small investment

3. Nuclear Medicine Technology!

– I am least familiar with this area… but, I believe there is going to lot of opportunity and it’s not a main stream subject.

People can make lot of money in doing what they love… go with the subject that you enjoy most, and are passionate about it… where you believe you are above average with less effort (an indicator that you have natural inclination for those topics).

Hope this helps.

Nuclear Medicine Technology. In order to become one you need just two years of school in some programs, though a B.S. is preferred. The need is huge and unlike Engineering, not every technogeek bent on making loads of money is competing for a slot. The average NMT makes $60,000 out of school, and in high demand urban areas the salary is closer to $100k. Advancement through specialization will take you higher. You have to remember that not every Engineering grad is going to land that big paying job, since the average starting salary is $50,000.

If you are primarly concerned with profit you shouldn’t go into anything regarding medicine technology – you should have a sense of obligation to people in that area as well.

The other two areas don’t differ by a whole lot, it depends upon the area of specialization you choose in electronic or computer engineering.

You shouldn’t pick a career/major based on money, as the economy changes and technology evolves once profitable professions can become unnecessary. Pick something you enjoy, something you would be willing to do for free, that way work won’t seem like such a chore.

Computer engineering. I hear you could make a lot of money with that, but Nuclear Medicine sounds useful.
