Pharmacy School is a lot of work. It is much more than college. Saying all this, it is quite manageable if you know how to manage your time correctly. Put in the necessary time to get your grades where you want it to be and you should be fine!

Yes it is a lot of work you will first need an undergraduate degree, I would recommend chemistry. Then with a good GPA, meaning 3.0 or better you can apply. They are hard to get into, the programs are selective and it is a lot of studying. The good news is you can make a very good living as a pharmacist. I know a girl I went to school with and she tried to get into the University of Kentucky’s program and could not get excepted. She had like a 3.5 GPA She ended up being admitted to Georgia and graduated last May she is now a pharmacist in Louisville Ky. She really likes her job. She works in one of the hospitals up there and really enjoys it. So I would call up or look on-line at say 5 different universities and see which ones you like the best. Then look at their prerequisites to get into the program. That’s the best way to start if you want to go into Pharmacy. Oh you can get a job as an technician at a local Pharmacy that way the Pharmacists you work with can write letters of recommendation. That always looks good. Good Luck! =)
