Which class would you take?

Which of the following classes would you take?

1. Tai Chi

2. Social Dance

3. Aikido (martial arts)

4. Weight Training

I’m a guy. I’m not really into getting buff so the weight training doesn’t interest me beyond just getting in better shape…

But which one would you take?

Take the Aikido or the Weight Training classes. You will get more out of them (exercise and have something to show for it at the end of the term)

I took Bowling, Self-Defense and Touch Football in college for my Phys Ed. requirements. I could punt the football over 50 yards by the end of the quarter. Not bad for a beginner….

I would go for Social Dance. It won’t make u very muscular, but it is a great form of exercise. It’s also very fun to do.
