where can I get experience as a vet tech??
I know many people go to college for this but experience seems to be more in demand from what I have been told. im 20 now and would like to know where can I get some experience in this field.

There may be a vet tech course offered at the local community college(s) or vet assistant course at the county vo-tech school. To get some experience working with animals, perhaps volunteering at the local animal shelter can help with some hands-on, however, not providing medical care such as administering medications or such.

What I would suggest is
trying your local RSPCA
or SSPCA or a Cat & Dog
home to try and get some
on hands experience.
