Depends on your status (year) and course of study Major). If you are a First year student it probably will not be permitted. University Park has a limited number of slots available in each college (Major) and they go to the cream of the crop of students or “connected students” who apply to the University (for first year students). The best place to start is with your dean that was assigned to you as an adviser at enrollment (he is also the person who can get any exceptions approved for you).
