What to do next?

Then, you will have the leisure (at night, on weekends) to decide what precisely you’d like to do, write up a resume for it, and send it out to potential employers. But, do not quit your job until you get another offer. And, save what you can, so your options will be broader.
First, you can get a job and start earning some income. If you want to re-train, you may need to do that while you’re working.
Second, what about grad school? You do NOT have to get your master’s degree in the same field. You could find something that uses your undergrad degree as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
Third, there’s always the military. A stint in the armed services often gives people a chance to “find themselves”…plus, you end up with all sorts of veteran benefits, including $$$ for more school if you choose.
In any event, if you’ve finished up a BS/BA degree, it IS time to start making some major life decisions. Personally, I’d vote for grad school. But that’s just me.
Good luck!
