It is great to mention some of the items you’ve heard already: self-motivated, hard-working, on time, accurate, etc. More importantly, you want to take a look at the qualifications and skills of the job you’re applying to and highlight skills that you possess that match that.
Companies are interested in what you can bring to them. If they’re looking for specific skills, you’ll want to highlight those because they are the mose desireable.

IE. I’m self motivated, If I’m out of work, I will find something that needs to be done around the office and do it. Anything from Filing, to tackling that something that everyone always says, Someday we really need to find away to…. And do it.
