What is the number of ap courses do you need to take in order to skip a college level?
for example: if you take about 8 ap courses in high school, you will get to skip freshman year in college and immediate become a sophomore once you go to college…etc. but that is just my guess, i want to know what is the actual number of ap courses to skip freshman, sophomore, and finally junior year of college if that is possible.

If you pass 4 or 5 APs, then you can start as a sophomore. There’s really no way to skip three years, regardless of how many APs you take, unless you go to a school with very low standards. You will need to have a major, and normally that will require that you take some upper level classes in the major which will have pre-requisites, and you will not be able to fit them all into one year. Also, most schools will require that you are there for three years, anyways, unless you enter as a transfer student.

At my school each class is worth 3 credit hours, you take on average 5 courses per semester and 30 credit hours is one year. (You graduate with 120 credits) So right now, you would be 2 course shy of being a sophomore, but, I simply took a summer course and one extra course for a few semesters and I will be graduating early. So basically, it depends on the school, if the colleges you are looking at only require 4 classes per semester than I suppose you will start as a sophomore (on the condition that the school accepts all your credits). It also depends on how you score on the AP test. My college only accepted scores of 3+ for credit. Another caveat, some schools only accept a certain number of credits from outside institutions so check up on that as well.
