I sent in an application and everything and they have accepted me but is it worth whatever value it may have?

Eh, it’s not really worth it. I got it, too, when I was a freshman along with Who’s Who. They aren’t really that prestigious and colleges don’t care about them.
Don’t send them any money or buy from them. They aren’t scams, but they also aren’t worth your money.
