What is the most important aspect for a cadet at USMA?
Is it physical strength, discipline, mental toughness, etc? I know that a good cadet has all these qualities, but which is the one that is most important? Which must be the strongest?

The ONLY important quality is mental. In mind, be strong.
Body, skill, education, expertise, strength, discipline will follow. They are the tail. The mind leads. The strong mind is the head and the tail follows.
Be mentally tough and you will be tough in all ways.
