What is meant by its only a lot of reading if you read it all?
I just recenly entered a very demanding academic program at a gov college and I have constantly heard this, how do I apply it without failing?

You need to learn how to sift out the dross and just read the necessary sections. Why they can’t make text books with just the necessary info in I don’t know.
