-Biology -Chemistry -Algebra+ -Anatomy and physiology You may want to talk to your counselor as well to get a better idea of what you need to do. In my experience, it really doesn’t matter what classes you take in high school as it pertains to your career choice in college. However, those classes do prepare you for the harder classes that you will need in college. I was a former Biology major in college in hopes of becoming a veterinarian. I decided that that line of work wasn’t for me and now I’m a psychology major instead. Good luck and don’t give up! EDIT- Most colleges require a 3.0 GPA to be accepted. It just depends on the college.

If you can take some AP classes especially in science that will help. Other then that..you just have to take you college classes..when you get to college of course. There is nothing in high school that you MUST take to become a vet.

biology.

you’ll probably want to major in biology in college if you are applying to veterinary school.

biology is the study of life and it includes disecting frogs and pigs and all that gross stuff. but it’s the best way to learn about anatomy.
