According to their Web site, Yale DOES accept transfer students, but the acceptance rate is extremely low. . . less than 4%. Your GPA has to be extremely high, and you need to give them a good reason as to why Yale is a better fit than your current school. You also need to submit faculty recommendations and your high school record, along with essays. The deadline is March 1. You can find all this information (and more!) here:

Princeton is the only school I know that does not accept transfer students

To qualify:

To be eligible to transfer, students must, by June of the current academic year, have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year and no more than two years of transferable post-secondary-school college credit.

• If you are currently jointly enrolled in high school and college, you are not eligible for the transfer program, but should apply through the freshman admission process.

• If by the end of the current academic year you will have completed less than one year of full-time college study, you should apply through the freshman admissions process. If you matriculate at Yale as a freshman, course credit or distributional credit cannot be given for any university course taken while you were still enrolled in secondary school. Work done after graduation from secondary school but before matriculation at Yale may be accepted (to a maximum of two credits) on recommendation from the appropriate director of undergraduate studies.

• If you have received a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) or if by the end of the current academic year you will have completed more than two full years toward the degree, you are not eligible to transfer to Yale, nor may you apply through the freshman admission process. (You may not voluntarily relinquish credits in order to qualify for consideration.)

I remember reading somewhere that Yale does not accept transfer students. That’s probably why you can’t find the information.
