Well, first off, it’s Johns, not John. Forget that “s,” and your application goes straight into the discard pile.
Secondly…you’re a freshman. You shouldn’t be targeting a specific school yet; your goals might change by junior year. Just take the most challenging courses you can handle, particularly in the subjects you think you’ll want to major in, get good grades, devote yourself to a few extracurriculars, and you’ll be in good shape. You can worry about SAT ranges and internships later.
