What are the benefits of going to high school instead of just getting your G.E.D?
after all in Florida even G.E.D students who meet the requirements get B.F.

If you were a College major then you can exposed to some courses that will make college easier and might even have some college creidts at some college.
College majors generally do Geometry, Trig and Calc or PRe Cal.
Economics, STatistics
Civics
Math Chemistry or Physics or Both
Some of these are transferable to some State Colleges and even some Universities.
Some people come out with 20-30 transferable credits which can then make their college go a little faster. Maybe they only have to take 12 units instead of 15
They also have a background in the work.
GED people may not pass the English and Math placement tests and may have to take Baby English and Baby Math before they take the real thing, which means they are basically 6 credits BEHIND and those credits DON’T fullfill the requirements for graduation.
You still have to take English 101 and 102 and Math 101 and 102.
So taht means you may have to do 126-138 Credits to get a BA instead of 120-132
