Then read the ‘Reviews’ like this one @ http://www.onlinedegreereviews.org/college/fort-hays-state-university/ ;
US News, in its ‘Ratings’, puts it the ‘4th tier’, whatever that means and it’s not too ‘selective’.
Generally, I find that it’s not so much the school that makes you a good student, it’s YOU who makes you a good student.
Just pick a reputable school and do YOUR best.
