if you have gpa and sat scores equivelent to the ones needing to get into san diego state university or even cal poly san luis obispo, it might be better to just attend a cal state. as in resident it’ll be cheaper.

in nyc, you’ll have to pay housing and out of state tuition.

I don’t think it’s worth going all the way to NYC just to attend a public school. the SUNY and CUNY of new york city, aren’t extremely any better than calstates and are overshadowed by schools like Columbia, Fordham, Barnard, NYU, and the like.

Why don’t you try better known state universities like ASU or FSU, even though these are basically party schools.

If you’re in cali you might be able to get into the lower end UC’s such as UCRiverside, Santa Cruz, or Merced.

If you were thinking of Cal States, then the City University of New York schools are probably best for you. There are about a dozen colleges within CUNY – City College, Brooklyn College, Hunter College and Queens College are the relatively general ones, and then there are some subject specific ones like John Jay College of Criminal Justice, etc.

certainly everyone on right here seems to be excited to reccomend a CC, however the 4-3 hundred and sixty 5 days college adventure is properly worth it. the money interior the top could pay off. i could say an condo is extra perfect yet much less extra low-value than a dorm.
