Nichol ls State University’s undergraduate psychology program is wiThin the 80th percentile in the entire United States. That is HUGE!

Undergraduates at NUS are *required* to conduct a *true experiment,* which requires them to do masters theses-level research. They are required to take courses in research methods & design, statistics, and physiology. Many of these courses are not required at the undergraduate level. And research at the undergraduate level is almost unheard of. NSU students have a definite advantage over other psychology students competing to get into graduate-level psychology programs.

PS- Undergraduate degrees in Psychology are NOT worth “crap.” However, the level of expertise required for the different fields of the profession could not be attained in only 4 years of study. That is why the 4-year B.A. is considered preperatory. One could look at the B.S. in Pre-Medicine the same way.

for undergrad any school is fine since the degree is worth crap.

if you get your masters or phd, it depends on what field you want to go into
