Training after Medical School Graduation?

If your intent is to gain additional experience while studying for these exams, you need to be aware that neither the US nor the UK will allow you to pursue any recognized formal training until you have passed their exam.
I have not taken the PLAB and I cannot advise you of any study material that may be available. But for the USMLE, the “Bible” of study materials starts with First Aid for the USMLE Step One. Kaplan and Princeton Review also offer excellent study material. There are numerous practice tests that you can take online, too. The best advice I can offer is to take practice tests until you have completed around 3,500 questions with a passing score–then you are ready to take Step 1.
Half of the success of passing the exam is becoming familiar with the type of questions asked and the manner in which they pose the answers.
I’m also assuming that you know that in order to continue your training that you need to be accepted by a medical school as an advanced applicant. Not the easiest thing to do. You may want to consider obtaining your MD in China and then applying for a Fellowship in your specialty.

You can apply through this agency to sit for the USMLE (US Medical Licensing Examinations) if your medical degree is recognized. Once you passed both Step1 and 2 of the USMLE, you can then apply for residency programs in the USA, which are generally of 3-year duration. ECFMG will sponsor you to come to the USA on a J-1 exchange student/fellow visa if you are accepted to a residency program in the USA.
