To become a commercial pilot.?

I am 34 years, from India my aim is to become a commercial pilot. Does my age restrict me? Can anyone suggest? the best flying training school in India.

You are probably too old, sorry to say. Most people your age are at the point of leaving the military flight programs with thousands of hours logged. Not impossible for you of course, but a major challenge that isn’t too wise in this day and age.

Honeslty any goal is achievable, but I would say you are late as far as wanting to start your career as a pilot. Retirement for most airlines is around 60 years old, and it’ll take at least 4 years of training, then you have to get your certification.

It depends on which country you want to fly for, if your aim is to fly for one of the more reputable airlines, you’ll need a lot of hours flying twin engine aircraft, lots of hours can be interpreted as another 2-3 years.
