Ever since September 11, 2001 there has been, some may say, an overwhelming positive surge of patriotism in the United States. As we remember the veterans and the sacrifices they have made for our country on the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, the men and women serving in our armed forces deserve special recognition. Since the founding of our country, almost 50 million men and women have served in the United States military, and nearly half of them are still alive. So today, there are appropriate ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery to honor the veterans and what their service has meant to the whole country. We honor America’s veterans by refusing to surrender to traitors who are selling out our Constitution to socialism. We fight to keep Americans free. Our troops and veterans are the best; some have paid the ultimate price for their country.

The troops follow orders; the country appreciates and honors them for their service. Everyone should cherish what they are doing for this country. They are fighting for our lives and to make our country, just not those around the world, a better place. These veterans are killed, wounded and in pain everyday. You should pay your respects to the flag. Many men and women have died to keep this country free.
