I’m about to interview a former student of my school and now she’s a teacher in my school ..she came back…but i don’t know what to ask her…
the theme of ths school paper is a shining student in our school….
And the questions should not be based that she is a teacher but as a former student of our school

Assuming you are interviewing her for the school paper, you may want to ask her why she wanted to come back to the school as a teacher. Was there any particular teacher that inspired her to become an educator? You may want to ask her to compare her experience as a student there and her experience as an educator. Of you could ask what has changed since she was a student there.
