physical therapist asst. major..social work major change? HELP!?
I want to do something working with kids, helping them. The criminology field is also something I might consider but don’t know about the career options for working with kids.
With a social work major, what types of career choices would I be looking at?
Is it best to stick with my major and help kids physically more than socially or mentally?
Are there any careers in the criminology field associated with helping children?
I know there are a lot of questions here, I’m just curious to see what’s out there. People with experience in these fields would be a great help. Thanks so much. 🙂

The BSW is a very versitile degree that allows you to work with many different populations in many different settings. You actually may be able to transfer to a BSW program with an AA in physical theapy (just be sure to hit the required prerequisits – as most BSW programs do not have many courses at the freshman and sophmore level).
