Pepperdine University or Woodbury University which one is better for MBA?

I am planning on pursuing my MBA, and I want to select one of these colleges for my MBA program. I have already been accepted to Woodbury University, but I have to take the GMAT for Pepperdine. I know Pepperdine is much more prestigious and attracts more employers, but it is quite expensive. Woodbury is not as expensive and I can still earn an MBA at half the price. Which one is much beneficial for my career despite the costs?

I’d rather you go to Pepperdine, if you can get in. Pepperdine is far better known, which can be important for your MBA. It’s also AACSB accredited, which can be vital. More and more employers are making it so that they do not hire out of MBA programs that are not AACSB accredited. Woodbury is not. That’s an issue.

With an MBA, the reputation of the program really does matter to many employers, so you’re right to ask the question. Take the GMAT, and apply to Pepperdine. Also look at other AACSB accredited programs in your area – and there are a lot. I’ll give a link to a site where you can search for them:

Woodbury , because it is less expensive, they r both good schools, it is much easier to get in to WoodburY. Woodbury was established in 1884 and pepperdine was establised in 1937,

It relies upon. in case you desire to be a activities agent, Pepperdine is in Malibu, so it is closer to l. a. and there are possibly extra opportunities for activities agent intern jobs. yet Oregon State is a sturdy college and has each and every of the biggest NCAA activities consisting of Div. a million soccer. Pepperdine does not have soccer. Ahmad Rashad from the coach “NBA interior Stuff” went to Oregon State. he’s a activities announcer now. yet that aside, the colleges are completely distinctive. Pepperdine is a large non secular college and Oregon State is public. At Pepperdine you’re able to desire to pass to mass and may be able to could desire to take theology credit. you have much less electives because of the fact of that. the two are solid faculties. Pepperdine has a solid acceptance and it is powerful on the sea coast. it is amazingly costly nevertheless, extra selective on their applicants, and it is a lot smaller. in case you desire to be a activities agent, then Loyola Marymount, USC, or UCLA, might possibly be a stronger selection. they’re all in l. a. and function expertise/activities/business enterprise courses geared for that. Its additionally a lot approximately connections, so which you desire to place your self precise in the path of the place each and every of the action is, geographically. Technically activities brokers are all attorneys nevertheless (they draft and negotiate contracts) so which you will could desire to pass to regulation college finally, and Loyola, USC and UCLA all have activities agent regulation certification courses. EDIT: Sorry, Ahmad Rashad went to U of O, not OSU. basically like Anne Curry from the “at present” coach. U of O has between the main suitable Journalism courses in the country.
