Ommitting A College?
I attended a four year university for two years and then due to my work schedule I was unable to attend classes. So I applied to another university that offered online courses and took 6hrs(two classes) due to some difficulties with the program, my internet services and the professer I withdrew from the university…however apparently the withdraw was never filed and I ended up with two F’s..regardless of all of this my question is…I am reapplying to another university and am listing the first university I attended so that I can transfer my hours..but do I have to list the second university where I show the two F’s and no credit??

You might consider asking this question on one of the forums on www.collegeconfidential.com; there are some college admissions counselors and even the admissions directors from some colleges who read and answer questions there.
I think you are supposed to provide your transcript from every college you have ever attended – but why do this if you didn’t actually get any credit, and how would they ever know if you didn’t, I wonder… Sorry I don’t have the answer.

No. With no credit, you don’t have to share anything.
