ok im really tired and this just is not …register-ing…?

Members must be active for four or more semesters, including the last two semesters of senior year, to wear the NHS stole at graduation and to be recognized as a member in good standding for college applications

does this mean that you can wear the stole if you’re active for four semesters…

or does it mean you can only if you’re active for four semesters AND senior year?

sorry. lack of sleep…

wow. the things you’ll do…

I interpret it this way:

* you have to be active for at least 4 semesters

* 2 of those 4 have to be the last 2 semesters of senior year

is that a little clearer? Hope this helps.

The way I read it, you have to be active at least two semesters sometime prior to the last 2 of senior year.

Ex: 2 in Junior year and last 2 of senior. All 4 of senior (if you have 4) or 1 of some prior year, 3 of senior.

So the last two semesters of senior and at least two other ones during your high school life.

Good luck.
