Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems?

It’s almost time for me to transfer to a state university and I am undecided when it comes to choosing a major in the Business field.

I’ve narrowed it down to either Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. I currently have an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and three certificates in Accounting, Basic Business, and Tax Preparation. I’m a very detail-oriented person. Organization is my goal to every little thing I do. I research a lot and like to analyze; I suppose I am cautious type of indiviual. I love technology. I’m a hands-on individual; enjoy fixing hardware or technical problems. I would like to be in a position that’s “behind the operations”, not the person that’s always up front. Honestly, I like to “do” things that are routined, but I also like to “have” a variety of options, thus explains the certificates. Overall, I am a very open-minded person who wants a broad range of things.

With all that said, what should I choose from the three? Should I double major?

I would double major in Accounting and Finance, as those two are the most intertwined of the three. It also sounds like you are very interested in both.
