MBA program interview questions (pre-application)?

I interviewed with a school last Sunday. This was a completely voluntary interview. I have not even submitted an application yet. I sent a thank you letter right after the interview. I included a question at the end of the letter. The interviewer didn’t know the answer to my question at the time, so she told me to email her. I put it at the end of the thank you because I didn’t want to email her twice and seem like a pest. I have received no feedback yet and am a little concerned. The interview didn’t go as well as I had hoped, but not terrible. Also, as I said above it was a voluntary interview that I requested. I understand the person may be busy, but I’m a little worried that by her not responding quickly shows she may feel I did not put on a good show. I should be a strong candidate for the school and don’t think the interview is a make or break thing. How should I proceed?

I would fill out the application first. Maybe she’s not responding because you have not applied yet. If it is important to you, I would call her and ask for a status. I’m sure she gets that stuff all the time. No worries. good luck.

Most MBA programs will offer the option to interview on campus or with a local alumni volunteer. You should make your decision based on your personal needs, rather than on the basis of how it may look to the admissions committee. MBA application information here more…..
