Joan of arc poem!!! please please help?
He raised her up and she raised her sword
The princess scoffed but the people cheered
She took the English king by the beard
Her parents cried and they called her names
But Joan knew she’d never be the same
She shined her armor she cut her hair
She inflamed the crowds with her holy stare
She won the battle, she earned her fame
But still they fed her to the flame
Your deeds will live in song and poem
And now the Lord has called you home

Favorite Answer
He raised her up and she raised her sword
(The princess?) scoffed but the people cheered
She grabbed the English king by the beard
Her parents cried and they called her names
But Joan knew she’d never be the same
She shined her armor, she cut her hair
She inflamed the crowds with her holy stare
Thousands followed in her brave command
Led them to victory and freed their land
She risked her life to make her stance
And became a savior, a savior to France
She won her battles, she earned her fame
But still they fed her to the flame
Her deeds will live in song and poem
And now the Lord has called her home
God gave her strength, she did not fear
She stood proud as her death drew near
She lived her glory, she made her mark
And forever be known as Saint Joan of Arc
