No, CAPTE, the agency which accredits all PT and PTA programs in the US does not recognize any on-line programs for these professions.
There are, however, online courses for physical therapy aides…but you can read some of my posts about that. The aide/tech position is an on-the job trained worker in a physical therapy clinic that may help the therapists directly, clean the gym, answer phones, etc, but this is not a licensed profession.
