is there a graduate culinary program available in california?
Favorite Answer
Both of those schools give AS and BS (or maybe BA?) degrees in culinary arts, but they are just about the only schools that do. I have never heard of an Master’s in Culinary Arts. There might be some programs that have Master’s degrees in Business Admin with specializations in Food Service or Beverage Management. You would have to have appropriate undergraduate credits and work experience, I suppose.
I think your best best would be to contact CIA or JWU and see what they have to say….
Good luck and bon appetit!
NOT FOR SURE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING
FOR. THERE IS ONE IN SAN FRANCISCO. NOT FOR
SURE THE NAME OF IT. I DO KNOW, ONE OF OUR
STUDENTS RECEIVED A FULL RIDE TO IT. DO NOT
KNOW WHICH DEGREE A PERSON RECEIVES WHEN
GRADUATING. HOPE THIS INFORMATION IS OF SOME
HELP.
