Is it hard to transfer to Michigan State from community college?

What kind of GPA do you need? I’m interested in the agricultural field. Specifically golf course management. I got an associates degree in applied science from the local community college. I am 25.

If you did reasonably well in CC, I think your chances are good. You know what you want to do, you’re mature, and you have shown commitment to a science-oriented field. GPA is not very important if you have shown that you can apply yourself and succeed in coursework. It matters more for applicants from high school because there are typically fewer criteria on which to base the decision.

i’m a junior and extreme college and could say the two are sturdy faculties, I only want Michigan State college ( plan to attend MSU in 2010.) Michigan State college could additionally help you get on your profession with their elite status. in case you think of you would be happier at MSU then why not pass there?

No, it is not hard to get into MSU as a transfer student. What makes it seem hard to many is that they don’t check to see if the Courses they’re taking at the CC are transferable to MSU, therefore it takes more time trying to accumulate the 28 transferable credits. As long as your GPA is above a 3.0 and your MATH/ENGLISH is at a college level, transferring to MSU should not be a problem……for more detailed information about transferring to MSU check out our website: www.admissions.msu.edu
