You generally have to take 1 year of science for a BS degree, but it can be any set of science courses in a major such as computers. Biology, Botony, Observationals Astronomy, Oceanography, etc.

you need to take chemistry in high school to get into any college any more. Check the requirements on line at the college or university that you want to attend. Good luck

While it is strongly recommended to take chemistry to get into college, you might be able to get into a small liberal arts school w/out chemistry. Don’t expect the best CS program, though.

particular. My brother have been given a level in pc technology yet took pc engineering classes as technical electives. Likewise, there are various pc engineers who take greater effective pc technology classes as electives. What you will desire to do is initiate in pc technology, take the chemistry type, and then exchange your important over to pc engineering. there is adequate crossover which you will no longer have lost any floor, different than which you will would desire to backload your engineering classes as a results of fact which you will desire to take circuit theory before taking the rest in pc engineering. or you will desire to easily take classes in digital hardware and pc shape as technical electives.
