Certainly, you can typically major in any two separate areas. If you’re concerned about graduating in four years, I would check the number of classes needed to complete both majors and schedule out your classes (nothing permanent) in advance.

As long as you fulfill the course requirements for your major, then a double language minor should be OK to do. That’s alot of courses to take, so I’m assuming you’ll be able to use some of the language courses for your major electives.

Usually you can. Just make sure you are not overloading yourself with language classes while completing your major. It might be better to major in a language and minor in another — or to major in a language and take a smidgen of various languages — even related (Romance) languages.
