and one day work in consular offices. What should my major be? I’m in community college right now. I want to major in spanish and french languages.

You should definitely work towards transferring to a 4-year college to earn your BS or BA degree. A bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement for a foreign service officer.
You can major in whatever you like. Foreign languages are good majors or minors, other common majors for foreign service officers include political science, diplomacy, finance, even anthropology and many more.
