I want to be a writer. Which four year college should I transfer to?
Right now, I’m in my second year of community college, and am planning to transfer to a four year college in order to obtain a degree in English. What I want to do for a career (and learn from college) is write novels, scripts, screenplays, graphic novels, etc. Also, I don’t know if this helps any, but I am best at and enjoy writing horror fiction the most.
What are the best four year colleges to attend with this kind of goal?

Hi. There are some excellent colleges where you can continue your studies. UCLA has an outstanding film school, and part of that is, of course, writing screenplays. There is a critical need for this now. Also, the Film Institute in New York is excellent. I know there is something in Colorado, besides Robert Redford’s “Sundance” film festival. Here in Albuquerque, NM, the film industry is in full swing, and there are many courses being offered at Univ. of NM.
You might want to google these and see what you like best.

I’m not sure where you live, but I’m somewhat partial to Bennington College in Bennington, Vermont. It’s a small school with a very pretty campus.
