I really would like to be involved in something meaningful like the peace core, but can’t finish college…
I am pretty sure that a prerequisite for the peace core is not only a college degree but also a good GPA. I don’t have the motivation to finish college. I don’t deserve to work in the peace core, but are there other organization similar to the Peace Core that would allow me to make a significant difference in the world but wouldn’t care that I am kind of a deadbeat?

Why don’t you take a year off from college and participate in a program like AmeriCorps or City Year? You’d get a break from college, spend your time helping people, and make a little bit of money that can be used when you return to college.
You sound like you need a break, not that you’re completely unmotivated to finish college. Take a look into these programs — a year off doing volunteer work may be just what you need to recharge your batteries and motivate you to finish your degree so that you can be eligible for the Peace Corps if that’s what your aim is. Best of luck to you!
