I’m looking for students who’ve been duped by work-at-home scams for an article I’m writing. Please share!

If you are a student who’s had an experience with a work at home company such as secret shopping or data entry, I need your story! Please contact me ASAP. Thank you!

In the back of some magazines, they have an ad about how you can make $2 per envelope that you seal and mail. What they DON’T tell you is that it is up to you to send out the solicitations and then, if someone buys what they are selling, you get $2 for that sale. You don’t actually make money just from sitting there licking envelopes. It’s a complete scam. I ordered some of the materials and wasted about $26 before I figured out it was a total waste of time.
