I just started college as a freshman. I’m looking for internship oppurtunities. Are there any??
I just started college as a freshman. Im majoring in Biological Sciences. I was looking for internship oppurtunities in stores. I heard it something like if they hire me than I must work with them after i’m done graduating for a specified period
The question is:
1- Do I understand what internship is?
2- Are their any internships available for me?

You are thinking of cooperative work experience which is in conjunction with your class work.
You could possibly work as pharmacy assistant,for a company like Revlon or Avon, as a trainee
or at an HMO or doctors office. You could easily learn the lab work required in a doctors office.
You will need to get some classwork under your belt or you won’t be able to compete with those who are sophmores Juniors and seniors.
an internship is set up for those who are already well along in their studies, have some experience, even if its volunteer experience, and majoring in the field you will be interning in.
Be creative and you should be fine.
